Harry Potter and the fantastically​ cursed casting.

Everyone who knows me, knows I LOVE Harry Potter.

I am a HP obsessed Slytherin muggle.

I know the books off by heart, listen to the audiotapes religiously and follow the actors on every social media platform.

I wrote about that everyone knows I love Harry Potter, what they also know about me is that I am a proud feminist.

My two planets that orb around my personality are crashing together and I feel like only one can remain.

If you are unsure why, it is because of the hideously awful casting of Johny Depp. A man who hit his wife. A man who terrified his wife. A man who used and abused his power over her.

A man who is an actor.

There seems to be a division in Hollywood over what is acceptable and what is not.

J.K Rowling has made obvious where she draws the line in who represents her brand.
It is irreconcilable with who I am.

Yet I still want to see the new Fantastic Beasts. Yet I refuse to support this man and feel like J.K Rowling has let her fans down with causing many of us to make this choice.
